Explanation:
When examining the ID Output from the server, if you encounter the product_name_invalid error code, it means that your product name information is missing. As a result, your ID output would look similar to this:

In order to fix this issue you would have to re-enter the product number and data in the “ID.” If you are unable to re-enter data in any of the fields and are asked for a password to continue, contact HP to obtain encrypted passwords that would allow you to change the “ID” command.
When fixed, the correct ID output should look similar to this:
