CentricsIT College Bowl Challenge Official Rules:

No purchase necessary to enter or win; Winners determined by correctly predicting the winner of six college bowl games and the national college football championship. CentricsIT, LLC is the sole sponsor of this promotion and is in no way affiliated with the NCAA, Bowl Game Sponsors, or the College Football Playoffs.

PRIZES:
CentricsIT will award one (1) Grand Prize winner who scored the most points correctly picking the winner of the bowl games and the 2016 National Championship game. In the event of a tie, a winner will be determined according to the contestant who guesses the closest to the final combined score of the National Championship, and whether or not any tied contestants predicted the outcome correctly. If the tie is maintained, the winners will be determined by a random drawing, with the only eligible winners being the tied participants. The Grand Prize is one (1) iPad Mini 4. The prize will be purchased and awarded by CentricsIT, LLC. Contest runs from Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. to 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on December 29, 2016 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on December 29, 2016. Eligibility is limited. See restrictions below. The Sponsor of this promotion is CentricsIT, LLC. Void where prohibited. The geographical scope of this promotion is not limited.

HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entry is online from Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. to 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on December 29, 2016. Participants will receive one entry.  CentricsIT is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in online operations or transmission. All entries become the property of CentricsIT and will not be returned. Information submitted on the entry form may be used for promotional or other purposes by CentricsIT.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
Prize may not be extended, transferred or substituted, except that Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary, as determined in their sole discretion. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of CentricsIT and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents, and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouse, parents and children.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Grand Prize Winner: Sponsor will select one Grand Prize winner from all entrants no later than January 15, 2015. Subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the entrants who correctly pick the game winner and scores will be awarded the prizes. Winners will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address listed on the entry form. Sponsors’ inability to contact Winners or any Winner’s failure to respond to attempted contact within 48 hours will result in his or her disqualification. In the event that the Winner declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or is disqualified or otherwise determined to be ineligible, sponsor will award the prize to the next-highest scoring participant. In the event that the next-highest scoring participant declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or is disqualified or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited.

CONSENT TO USE OF INFORMATION:
By accepting a prize, Winner consents to the use by CentricsIT, of Winner’s name and information from entry forms, in any media, for any purpose, including advertising or promotional purposes, without further compensation, authorization or remuneration.

Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Sponsors are entitled to interpret these rules as needed and their decisions are final and binding. Sponsors are not responsible for any printing, human or other errors, and Sponsors reserve the right to correct any and all errors in advertising, rules, and any other promotional materials. Sponsors may cancel or terminate this contest promotion if, for any reason beyond their control, the promotion is not capable of being run fairly or securely. In such event, Sponsors will conduct a drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the time of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Sponsors are not responsible for theft or destruction of or unauthorized access or alterations to any materials; for technical, network, telephone, computer on-line systems, server, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or for human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web Site.
