CentricsIT acquires ITAD division of Chicago-based N-1 Technologies and forms CentricsIT
Atlanta IT company taking steps to ensure smooth transition
ATLANTA, March 25, 2013—CentricsIT, LLC announced Monday its acquisition of N-1 ITAD Services, the IT asset disposal division of N-1 Technologies. Based in Chicago, N-1 ITAD specializes in IT hardware asset disposal, providing complete end-of-life ITAD services to Fortune 1000 companies. CentricsIT, a comprehensive IT hardware and services provider, will absorb the N-1 ITAD business, positioning itself as a major player in the IT asset disposal and destruction, hardware recycling, and IT consignment industries. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Effective immediately, all current and future N-1 ITAD business will be passed to CentricsIT. Current N-1 ITAD customers will receive details describing how the change will affect them, though CentricsIT leadership promises no hassle.

Some N-1 ITAD employees will be transitioning to roles at CentricsIT, further ensuring a seamless changeover. CentricsIT and N-1 Technologies have enjoyed a longstanding, amiable relationship. For more than five years, CentricsIT has partnered with N-1 on a number of successful consignment plans, reciprocal resale of IT services, and hardware procurement for resale to N-1 customers.
