ATLANTA, May 28, 2019 – CentricsIT Vice President of Global Business Development, Taylor Barnes, was recently featured on Epic Culture’s Epic Company Culture Podcast. Epic Culture is a company that works to build better cultures within organizations in order to change the culture of businesses everywhere, so that everyone loves what they do. They release a weekly podcast, each featuring a different business leader who discusses topics relating to what makes up a great company culture.
Titled “Continuing Improvement: Professional Development within a Highperforming Sales Team,” the Epic Company Culture podcast discusses Barnes’ ‘Continuing Improvement’ ideology regarding sales culture. Barnes explains that this ideology highlights how personal and professional development as well as work life balance results in a high performing and highly engaged sales team.
“Always be continually improving around mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally,” Barnes emphasizes in the podcast, “So that when you do go into the office, you’ve checked the boxes in terms of finding some rhythm in your life, finding some balance and some harmony before you go into the office.”
“I appreciated John Sweeny inviting me to discuss my sales culture ideology with him,” said Barnes. “I hope to inspire others to find balance in their work life as well as strive to constantly continue their education.”
